The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), one of the national government entities implementing the Subic-Clark Railway Project (SCRP), is currently acquiring lands for the Right-Of-Way (ROW) of the railway. BCDA's role in this project is limited to ROW acquisition only.
Since SCRP is a joint project with the Department of Transportation (DOTr), we
we will endorse your other concerns and queries to DOTr. Rest assured that you will be promptly informed on the status of your request and will be notified once the letter of endorsement is forwarded to DOTr.
