Hello! Finance secretary Dominguez is frequently quoted as saying that the government's Build, Build, Build (BBB) program "has the highest multiplier effect on the economy" and that it creates millions of jobs, such as during the recent Sulong Pilipinas forum. We have looked through the websites of the DOF and NEDA but have not seen the studies on these. May we please have copies of the study/studies establishing BBB's multiplier and job creation effects? Thank you!
