Hi! I would like to request the following 1.) How many estimated children are not-registered or have official record in the government? 2.) How many street children are there in Metro Manila? 3.) In what city or district to date has the most number of street children in the Metro Manila? 4.) Percentage of literacy rate of these children? Hope you could answer these questions. Thank you!
