Hi! I would like to request for information regarding:
a. streamflow data of rivers Sebago, Donsol and Ogod in Sorsogon, Bicol Province, from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2018;
b. pertinent information such as location of gauge/s, drainage area, records available, gage, average discharge, station ID, extremes and remarks.
The mean discharge data will be used for my graduate thesis.

Dear Sir Andro,
Is it possible to modify the time period of the data being requested (instead of 2016-2018, time period will be 2015-2019, as we are looking at potential interannual variability in the streamflow trend of the three rivers concerned), via the formal letter from my thesis adviser? Also, to whom should I address the letter?
