Good morning!
This is in response to your email regarding my request dated May 07, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Streamflow Data of Mandulog River, Iligan City, with ticket number #DPWH-914486328208.
Due to the ECQ/MCQ state that we are in, I will not be able to provide the letter with the school logo and signature of my thesis adviser. I am hoping for your utmost consideration on this matter and with my school ID as proof of my identity as an enrolled MS student of MSU-IIT, I am requesting that I be given the information as these data are not critical and should in fact be public. In fact, on 2016 DPWH has launched the Streamflow Management System (SMS) website which will provide accessible records and maps of river flow stations from river gauging stations in Regions 6, 8, 9, 10, and 12. However, I have tried accessing that site several times but it only gives a server error reply.
I hope this request will be considered and be given immediate action by the agency as these data are supposed to be accessible to the public as advertised in the launching of the StreaMS website last 2012.
Thank you and stay safe.
