Dear John Carlo Daradal,
I refer to my letter of Aug 16, 2021 04:24:24 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Streamflow Data of Bongabong River in Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro during Typhoon Ulysses.
Please be informed that as per our coordination with the DPWH – Regional Office IV-B, we do not have gauging station in the said river. However, we do have gauging station in Balete River which is near in that area. If you wish to continue with this request kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to the undersigned, Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer ([email protected] cc: [email protected]), with your school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your professor and a copy of your school identification card. (the same was sent to your email last July 6, 2021)
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Nov 09, 2021 02:24:01 AM, your request will be closed.

I refer to my letter of Aug 17, 2021 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Streamflow Data of Bongabong River in Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro during Typhoon Ulysses. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Nov 09, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
