Good day! I was planning to acquire the data on Streamflow Management System (SMS), however, I couldn't get access every time I go to the website, it's always on maintenance. I would be grateful if I will be granted access to the following data: 1.) Streamflow data in Cagayan river (m^3/s) - Annual, monthly, and daily 2.)
