I would like to seek for your help and immediate action to those online lending apps who are texting and calling me and to my contact list using different numbers and they will harass and say that I have a loan to their company which they refuse to say what company. They told me that they will post my picture in socmed. I hope you will help me and other victims on this matter. September 7, 2023 Dear Citizen, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 02, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for STOP OLA harassment and threats. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office determined that your request is invalid because there is no complete information in your statement. However, if you can get the complete name of the lending company and its address, you may lodge your complaint to the National Privacy COmmission and no to NTC. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to: THE COMMISSIONER NTC Bldg., East Triangle, Diliman, Q.C. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
