Good day. May we request for your help regarding online loan apps and their collection method that include harassment, sending grave threats and demeaning their customers, reference and other people in the phone contact list. They use vulgar language, threatens your privacy, specifically of using and exposing your private information thru available social media platforms. They could be more humane and considerate in the manner of their collection process especially for those who are coordinating with them and specially for those who are going through great ordeals.
