October 12, 2021 Dear Beverly Maldia, Greetings! Thank you for your message under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Please be informed that the NBI could not track mobile phones. Meanwhile, for disabling or blocking of your device, kindly contact the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) since it is the agency that handles the blocking of mobile devices. You may visit/contact NTC Consumer Welfare and Protection Division (CWPD) for the Blocking of Lost/Stolen Mobile Phone/Unit. Their office is available from Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00 PM.
