Hi! I would like to clarify if the travel ban on DOST scholars and graduates has been lifted? If so, can you give me a copy of the memorandum? Also, may I ask if this can be used as a travel clearance to be submitted to the immigration upon checking in the airport or should I still request for travel clearance from the DOST-SEI office?
