National Economic and Development Authority(NEDA)

Hi! I would like to know the status of the previously NEDA approved EDSA-TAFT Flyover. 

Based on the ICC rules, approval of a program/project has an application of 18 months. 

Specifically, it would help if a document (e.g. Sec Cert / Board Resolution etc.) would be shown to shine light on the said project's current status.
