May 19, 2021 Dear Christopher Miguel, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 15, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Status of the 104 Flagship Infrastructure Projects of the Duterte Administration. Response to your request We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from https://www.neda.gov.ph/infrastructure-flagship-projects/. Moreover, while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we do have yet the latest information, as the list is currently being finalized by the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Flagship Programs and Projects (OPAFPP). However, please rest assured that the information will be uploaded in the NEDA website as soon as the final and approved list of IFPs is available. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected] or [email protected].
