Good day! I would like to request a status update on the Special Order of my master's degree. Details are as follows. Name of student: Sheed O. Chiu Program: Master in Public Administration (non-thesis) Date Graduated: June 14, 2022 Name of school: La Salle University PHEI Code: 10034 CHED Region 10 I would also like to know any recourse I could take to hasten the process as I graduated already a year ago and there has been no updates since. The school has always maintained their stance that the process has been slow on CHED R10's part. Looking forward to your prompt response. Thank you.

Dear Mr. Chiu, We thank you for reaching us to inquire about your S.O. application from La Salle University Ozamiz graduating last June 2022 with a degree Master in Public Administration (NT) . Perusing upon our records, we wish to inform you that LSU only submitted your application last May 2023. The same was approved last June 30, 2023, and is now undergoing verification procedures by the Records Office. Due to the volume of SO applications in the entire Region 10, the timeline for release, if without any deficiency, is roughly 2 to 3 months upon submission by the University/College. I hope this information enlightened you with the delay solely attributed to us by LSU. We would love to hear your thoughts or feedback on how we can improve your experience!
