Good Day, I would like to ask regarding the status of Dahlia St. in the district of Malate Manila, legally known as Road Lot 34-B (LRC) PSD-99216 and Road Lot 31 PSD-8606 as per actual verification survey and subdivision plan PSD-99216. Presently, the whole Dahlia street is currently occupied by illegal settlers and has constructed multiple fire-hazard structures that has blocked the whole street. Is this street still a public road lot that should be cleared of obstructions?
