Hi may I know the status on the Right of way issue regarding MRT7 Depot in San Jose Del Monte? Kung possilble po ba na ma acquire na yung ROW? We are worried, baka madelayed ng sobra ang MRT7 Project, I hope fot your fast response thanks, Fitz

April 16, 2019 Dear Fitzgerald Lee, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 03, 2019 11:49:56 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Status of MRT7 Depot. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. Below is the response of Sir Ed Mangalili, project lead of MRT-7. "The concern on the acquisition of Depot has yet settled since the same has been forwarded to the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) for expropriation. At present, no court decision yet on the writ of possession being requested. According to the OSG, the next hearing is set on 09 May 2019." If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
