Good day DICT peeps! I would like to ask for a document stating the latest update about having a 3rd Telco player, I am really having a terrible internet connection with both PLDT Fibr and Globe Unli Fibr. These 2 players are just putting their funds on marketing and sales, instead of funding their engineering and maintenance for a better internet connection for their customers. Thank you!
