Hello, I would like to ask for the status of Metro Cebu Expressway Segment 3A. Based on the latest videos found in different Youtube vlogs, there are parts of the road not yet connected, particularly the unconnected road near Fresh Cuts Agri-Cebu Corp and another unconnected road at Cantao-an Covered Court. What is the reason why these are still unfinished and yet somehow the accomplishment rate is 99.15% as shown in the DPWH website? Yours sincerely, Frank
