Specifically, I am asking for the STATUS OF LOT AS TO ALIENABILITY OF LOT COVERED BY Fls-2975-D, LRC (GLRO) Rec. No. 5941. This is for the purpose of due diligence for a client wanting to buy the land being offered for sale.
