Good day. This is to respectfully inquire regarding the status of the expropriation of the Bella Vista Condominium located at Area 5 Sitio Libjo Cor Kaingin Rd. Paranaque City. I am a unit owner and I was able to pay in full Unit A306 of the said property last June 5, 2021. The eFOI was created to help us citizens to easily access government information and to practice our right to know. If you will deny a request, can you at least explain why the information cannot be provided or if it is not for public consumption, can you at least let us know why? If this is how you treat FOI requests then you defeat the purpose of this platform. Thank you.
