Hi! I would like to request to get freedom of information about the developer who operates in BRIA HOMES BARAS Rizal if they have permit for their phase 1-4 house units because im paying my unit since April 2018 & until now I don't see any development the promise year of turn over of the unit is completely failed. Now we requested of stop payments since we heard to other home owners that the permit is only for phase 1 but bria did not allow us & still continuously collecting payments even there' no development. We also request for refund but they insist they have permit to construct.
