Good Evening, I am a team leader for company Omega Healthcare Management Services Inc with office address 15th Floor Unionbank Plaza Meralco Avenue cor Onyx Street Ortigas Business Center Pasig City. My company have implemented a no work no pay scheme from March 17 until the time that my account specifically was able to work from home last April 9. With this said, some of my team memebers, including me were unpaid from March 17 to April 8. Most of us have already exhausted our leave credits thus we are unpaid for several days. Thank you. Response to your request We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Silvestre H.
