I would like to follow up my request. I did not know where I could turn for help. Dole endorsed us to owwa and then to your agency. I am a seafarer (Cruise ship) for more than 10 yrs. It just happen that I transfer to a new agency during this time I am active, have contract of employment from principal ship and all necessary documents to validate that I am processing my documents for onboarding. During dswd sap form distribution our place is not included because it is not located "in distressed area" . My line of work is in entertainment industry, currently I do sideline deliveries but could not suffice our daily needs. I have a breastfeeding child and a house mortgaged that needs to be paid or ELSE ALL MY HARD WORK FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS OF PAYING for our current home will BE A WASTE OF MY MONEY AND EFFORT FROM BEING AN OFW for a long time. This help (amelioration) is all I could think of to use it as a start up capital for even a small business. My contribution in SSS did not reach the minimum contribution requirements we don't have sss, pagibig , philhealth before until it was made mandatory by the government, (entertainment department staff). I did not received any help from the government aside from our dear Mayor Isko's LGU's relief goods. I WOULD NOT ASK FOR HELP IF I STILL HAVE THE MEANS TO PROVIDE, asking for your considerations.
