Hi I would like to check the status of my phone through this IMEI: 868954041785766
It was lost last february 9, 2020, I tried blocking it on a website my friend gave me and I found the phone today.
I need to confirm if it has been blocked.

Please be informed that the NTC has no capability to locate lost phone. In reference to the above request , may we refer you to file a request for the Blocking of Lost/Stolen Mobile Phone/Unit. You may file it at Consumer Welfare and Protection Division (CWPD) at National Telecommunications Commission BIR Road East Triangle Diliman Quezon City, . Our office is available from Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00 PM or call at 8-9213251 & 8-9267722 for further information.
In case that you already filed for the Blocking of your Phone please contact Consumer Welfare and Protection Division (CWPD) at National Telecommunications Commission for the Unblocking of your unit.
