Your request You requested information on the following for your research proposal: (1) Number and percentage of persons with disabilities from 2015-2020 in: (a) Philippines; (b) Isabela; (c) Cauayan City; according to: (i) Physical disability; and (ii) Mental disability. Response to your request Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. Pursuant to Presidential Decree 1509, as amended, the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) is the national government agency mandated to formulate policies and coordinate the activities of all agencies, whether public or private, concerning disability issues and concerns.
