Basically, I want a count, for year 2017 to 2018, of orphaned children, and those who were taken under the custody of DSWD, since i cannot find any data regarding this. This will give me a picture of how many children were orphaned/abandoned and how many were rescued and taken under the custody of DSWD. Thank you very much!
