Your request
Number of Street Children in the Philippines per Region and in all provinces within CALABARZON. And in addition to this are the guidelines for designing their facility.
Response to your request
We were able to determine that requested information on guidelines for designing their facility is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from https://www.dswd.gov.ph/issuances/AOs/AO_2007-011.pdf
Further, it is the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) that may have the data you require for number of street children in the Philippines. Under Republic Act 10625 (the “Philippine Statistical Act of 2013”), the PSA is the government agency responsible for preparing and conducting periodic censuses on population, housing, agriculture, fisheries, business, industry and other sectors of the economy. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the PSA by submitting a request to the PSA via this portal. You may also contact the PSA by telephone at 462-6600 locals 839, 833 and 834 or via email at [email protected].
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary ROLANDO JOSELITO D.
