Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. It is the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Council (JJWC) that may have the data that you require. Under Republic Act 10630 (the “Juvenile Justice Welfare Act”), the JJWC oversees the implementation of the law. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the JJWC by submitting a request to them via this portal.
