Good day I'm Ranchelle Delos Santos, an undergraduate student of Cavite State University-Imus Campus, I would like to request the following information regarding: 1) Statistics of cyber libel in the Philippines since the Cyber crime was implemented in 2012. 2) Cases of cyber libel cases that rooted from a malicious defamatory posting or fake news. This would be a great help for our study as it aims to explain the role of social media as the primary factor why fake news emerge and leads to cyber libel.
