And as fulfillment of the requirements of the requirements of the Juris Doctor program, I am undertaking a thesis on the topic of “Removal of persons afflicted with epilepsy from the provisions of the Philippine Immigration Act pf 1940 as aliens excluded from entry into the Philippines “

Such subject matter requires information only your humble office may provides, specifically on the data/statistic of epileptics that were refused to  enter Philippines and all other necessary information
