1.	Summary of revenue obtained from the dredging operations; 
2.	Distribution of collected revenues to the concerned municipalities and barangays. 
3.	Summary of affected livelihood/industries due to dredging and estimated amount of damages to these livelihoods, if any; and 
4.	Summary of programs and mitigating measures (and corresponding budget allocations) enacted to address these livelihood damages
