I would like to request for information regarding the number of: 1. adults with a previous history of stroke 2. adults with a previous history of hypertension 3. adults with a previous history of diabetes 4. adults with a previous history of dyslipidemia

Your request data among adults with previous history of stroke, hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia are not being collected by our Agency. You might want to request these data from the Department of Health. What we have are data on the prevalence of hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, etc. You might want to check our i.fnri website and check the enutrition files at http://enutrition.fnri.dost.gov.ph/site/facts-and-figures.php.
