In compliance with RA 11396, Cebu Technological University-Tuburan Campus is required to produce a Land Use Development and Infrastructure Plan (LUDIP) which includes a Demographic Profile on the student population and a projected population of students in the next ten (10) years. As a basis for this, I would like to use actual data from your department on the number of Senior High School (SHS) and Junior High School (JHS) students from Region VII both from public and private schools, disaggregated by municipalities. Your cooperation would be of great help in the development of our institution and it would be much appreciated.

Good day!
I would like to reiterate my request for data on the number of students enrolled in the Junior High School and Senior High School levels from both private and public schools, aggregated by municipality. I would also like clarify that the scope of the data I requested is only limited to schools in Cebu City and the Cebu province as of AY 2020-2021. Furthermore, I am amending the request to also include data on the number of students enrolled in Grades 4-6 from both private and public schools during the current academic year.
Once again, the data requested will only be used as a basis for the 10 year enrolment projection to be included in the Demographic Profile of the Land Use Development and Infrastructure Plan (LUCIP) of our institution.

With the passing of Republic Act No. 11396 otherwise known as “SUCs Land Use Development and Infrastructure Plan (LUDIP) Act”, our institution is required to produce a LUDIP which includes a demographic profile on the student population and a projected population of students in the next ten (10) years. In order have a basis to accurately provide such information, I would like to request the following data:
1. Number of students enrolled in Grade 3 in Cebu City and Cebu Province for AY 2020-2021, segregated by municipality/city.
2. Number of students enrolled in Grade 4 in Cebu City and Cebu Province for AY 2020-2021, segregated by municipality/city.
3. Number of students enrolled in Grade 5 in Cebu City and Cebu Province for AY 2020-2021, segregated by municipality/city.
4. Number of students enrolled in Grade 6 in Cebu City and Cebu Province for AY 2020-2021, segregated by municipality/city.
5. Number of students enrolled in Grade 7 in Cebu City and Cebu Province for AY 2020-2021, segregated by municipality/city.
6. Number of students enrolled in Grade 8 in Cebu City and Cebu Province for AY 2020-2021, segregated by municipality/city.
7. Number of students enrolled in Grade 9 in Cebu City and Cebu Province for AY 2020-2021, segregated by municipality/city.
8. Number of students enrolled in Grade 10 in Cebu City and Cebu Province for AY 2020-2021, segregated by municipality/city.
9. Number of students enrolled in Grade 11 in Cebu City and Cebu Province for AY 2020-2021, segregated by municipality/city.
