I am a 4th yr student at Ateneo de Manila University, pursuing AB Political Science - Masters in Public Management. Our current research project focuses on Public Financing for Local Governments. As part of our study, we aim to compare various cities in the National Capital Region (NCR) to analyze how they manage loans and debts, as well as compare their budget allocation to their debt levels. Therefore, I kindly request the following information for the city of Marikina covering the period from 2013 to 2023: Issued Signed Certificates of NDSC/BC, and preliminary SRE for 2023. Thank you!

I would like to clarify that I have already seen this website: https://blgf.gov.ph/lgu-fiscal-data/ However, the data on LGU Debt is summarized. I am looking for the specifics and the breakdown for a full picture of our research. I have attached references of what we are looking for. Thank you!
