Our members regularly ask for key public records and documents to ascertain the degree of transparency in the public service, and to find constructive ways of working with the government to improve record-keeping and management, and access to information.

You asked for Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN) of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office (PCOO) does not have the information you have requested. Pursuant to Section 3 of the Ombudsman Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 03, s. 2012, request for a copy of a Statements of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALNs) of the President of the Philippines shall be filed with the the National or Central Office of the Office of the Ombudsman, as the official repository of the requested SALN. 

Further, pending the revision of guidelines on public access to SALN and Disclosure of Business Interests and Financial Connections, all requests for copies of SALNs before the central/ area/ sectoral offices shall be immediately forwarded to the office of Ombudsman Samuel Martires, for approval, per Office Circular No. 12, Series of 2019.
