Social media comments and anecdotes of friends and family have stated that relief goods and assistance distribution within Balanga City is uneven. There are also reports of favoritism and political alignment. Personally, my friends and I have to donate weekly and give assistance to people who have been overlooked by local politicians. Due to this I am requesting the following:

1) The state of calamity budget allocation for Balanga City, Bataan
2) The quick response budget of each barangay in Balanga City, Bataan
