Dear Ms. Maria Danillee Bastigue:

You requested for “information regarding standards or guidelines set by DSWD for building Bahay Pag-asa for Children in Conflict with Law (CICL)” and “the programs and projects of different local government on the CICL”.

Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.

Under Republic Act 10630 (the “Juvenile Justice Welfare Act”), the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Council (JJWC) oversees the implementation of the law and monitors the establishment of Bahay Pag-asa. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the JJWC.
