I felt that my QCE ratings particularly in this NBC 461 Cycle 8 is unjustified because I am confused and doubtful of the procedures on how I was being evaluated (online) and considering that I have not been promoted for two (2) consecutive NBC 461 Cycles 7 and 8 due to the said QCE Ratings. We were not even properly consulted when faculty evaluations became online. Therefore, I would like to request copies of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Online Evaluations (Student, Peer, Supervisor, Self) for me to be properly informed and for transparency and accountability.

Dear Madam and Sir:
Last June 03, 2022, I have submitted my request for an Internal Review addressed to the President, Dr. Jesus Rodrigo F. Torres, as per your advice in case I am unhappy with the response to my FOI request. Consequently, the Office of the President issued a 1st Indorsement dated June 10, 2022 addressed to Dr. Ma. Leonor F. Validor, Vice President for Planning and Development (VPPD), to act and address my concerns. The said 1st Indorsement has given the VPPD office three (3) days to act on it upon receipt of the same.
On June 17, 2022, I requested a copy of communication from the VPPD for an update to my concerns. However, it has already been a month now but I have not received any response from the Vice President, Dr. Validor. Yesterday, July 18, 2022, I have submitted my Second Follow up letter to Dr. Validor (copy-furnished your good office) regarding the action being undertaken by her good office pursuant to the issued 1st Indorsement dated June 10, 2022 by the Office of the President.
Attached herewith is the said Second Follow up letter dated July 18, 2022.
I look forward that my request for Internal Review be given an appropriate action. Thank you very much.
