Sana po matulungan nyo po kami. Gusto po namin ireklamo ang School namin dito sa Tayuman,Binangonan,Rizal na ST. CONSTANTINE INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE OF TECHNOLOGY na pag aari po ni MS. MARIE JEAN R. FRANCISCO. Baka po naireport napo sa inyo ito. Batch 2015-2016 papo kami Graduated sa school na yun til now wala parin po sila marelease na DIPLOMA at T.O.R namin hanggang po sa mga previous na students na naiwan pa dun (Batch 2020) wala parin. Nagooffer po sila samin na i-issuehan kami ng DIPLOMA at TOR pero WALANG SPECIAL ORDER NUMBER.
