Purpose: Cancel the double & triple charge on my Citi Card

I would like to raise my concern regarding the PRN payment I made for my July to September 2023 contributions using my Citi credit card. I 1st tried to make my payment on Dec 5 (PRN OK231585229114), I keyed in OTP & waited more than 10 mins as suggested, but I never received a successful payment confirmation & payment was not reflected on my contribution also, so I tried again, but still to no success. The next day Dec 6, I tried again but on a different PRN (OL231607597384) still no success. Then I just notice it charge 3 times already on my Citi card.
