I would like to ask a SRF Notice of Assesment of an FM Station located in Region XII. I want to know how it is computed. Thank you. Hope that you will grant my request. This is for research purposes only and to expand my knowledge in terms of regulation.

I refer to my letter of Sep 02, 2021 03:52:58 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for your query on the computation of SRF Notice Of Assesment.
We forwarded your inquiry to the Officer-In-Charge of the Broadcast Services Division (BSD) for their appropriate action. However, as per consultation, the BSD is requiring you to submit the Audited Financial Statement which will show the Paid-Up capital as their basis for the SRF computation. They would also like to know what particular FM radio station are you referring to.

Dear Ferdauzzi,
I refer to my letter of Sep 22, 2021 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for SRF Notice Of Assesment. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Dec 15, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office.
