Hi. I would like to know if a program named SPECIAL PROJECT/PROGRAM OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT which deals with the RETRIEVAL OF JAPANESE TREASURES burried on private lands exists? According to the info I heard, they ask for photocopies of land titles and use satellite scanning to determine gold deposits on private properties. Does such program of the president exists? Thank you.
