Hi, May I request for a copy of Special Patent 3528 that is in your office . Also, I would like to ascertain that President Marcos did not sign the Patent . The reason I am asking is because I have to show your reply to Register of Deeds Cebu Because titles are being issued from that patent . And I confirmed with National Printing Office and Official Gazette that this proclamation was never printed . I would like to request an official letter from your office for the reply which can be scanned and emailed . Thank you

Hi , Thank you for asking clarification. The special Patent 3528 Is granted to City Givernment of Cebu City . The Patent has been issued a title OCT 3330 . I checked the copy of OCt 3330 and it has no signature . It just has “Sgd Ferdinand E. Marcos” Thank you. The City is titling foreshore and making tax decs and giving titles . Although the patent states only 10 hectares.. The technical descriptions of the lots are over 20 hectares . I want DENR to help stop LGU from titling illegally public domain for votes .
