Hi! I would like to request information about the matter of my cousin'# Special Order Number:

1. She's Dinalyn M. Velasco a graduate of British College International, her Special Order Number was not given during the time she got her OTR.

2. Velasco needs her S.O Nmber for employment in abroad but cannot pass it because the British College International is an institution closed without reason provided.

3. Due to BCI being closed, her S.O Number was never given.

4. Can an individual apply for her own S.O Number??? How much will it cost?

We suggest that Ms. Velasco directly contact her CHED Regional Office.
