It is hard for me to contact the school I attended and get the information that I need since the school has been closed down since 2005. I attended Computer College of the Visayas. Is there any way for me to obtain my special order number? Please let me know.

Please be advised that the Records Unit of Regional Office VI is requiring additional information from your end to identify and verify the academic records submitted by Computer College of the Visayas. Hence, CHEDRO VI could not provide the transcript of records, at the same time could not grant your FOI request at the moment.
You are hereby requested to personally coordinate with Records Unit on this matter. For any concern, please feel free to contact CHEDRO VI through this number (033) 327-2029 local 109.

I refer to my letter of Jun 13, 2022 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Special order Number. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Sep 03, 2022.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office.
