Good day! I would like to request a Special Order No. Certificate for my TOR and diploma as I need it for my employment. My name is John Romel Presellia Rigore. I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in General Science on June 27, 2023 from Norzagaray College in Norzagaray, Bulacan. I already have my TOR however, the college did not provide me my special order no. certificate back then. As stated on my TOR, my Special Order No. is (B) (R-III) 50- 140102-2299 s.2023 .
