We have received your request on Space requirements for Public Market, dated Feb. 27, 2024. 
Please be informed that DPWH is mandated to undertake (a) the planning of infrastructure, such as national roads and bridges, flood control, water resources projects and other public works, and (b) the design, construction, and maintenance of national roads and bridges, and major flood control systems. 
Unfortunately, Public Markets are not within the scope of this Department. You may wish to contact the Local Government Unit of the public market you would like to include in your study.

Your right to request a review
If you are dissatisfied with our response to your FOI request, you have the option to request an internal review.
