Dear Heira Denise Pingul,
I refer to my letter of Sep 19, 2019 12:05:13 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for SPACE REQUIREMENTS AND DESIGN GUIDELINES FOR INTEGRATED MULTIMODAL TRANSPORTATION HUB.
Per memorandum released by our Legal Affairs Office last 24 August 2018, any person who request information or documents in DOTr via the eFOI portal should "reasonably describe the information requested, and the reason for, or purpose of, the request for information." This also in accordance to E.O No. 2, s. 2016.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Please state from what school you are, what is the purpose of the request, and to what extent you will use the information that you are requesting.
Meanwhile, for item number 3, you may directly coordinate this with the Light Rail Manila Corporation for the statistics. For item number 4, you may wish to contact the Local Government Unit of Manila for the requested data.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Dec 20, 2019 12:12:42 AM, your request will be closed.

I am Ms. Heira Denise Pingul a graduating Architecture student of the University of Santo Tomas. In fulfillment of the requirement for the degree of BS Architecture, I am now doing research and field work for my thesis proposal: “Park n’ Ride Central Station: Revitalizing Manila's Rich Cultural Heritage through Redevelopment of Lawton and Central Station”.
In line with this, I would like to seek the favor of your good office by providing me softcopy or hardcopy of the following: 1) Space Requirements for Integrated Multimodal facility; and 2) Design guidelines for integrated Multimodal facility

For item number 4, we don't have an existing data as Lawton Park N' Ride is a private establishment. You may directly coordinate this with the local government unit of Manila for assistance.
