Good Day Sir/ Madam: I would like to ask if we have an implementing rules and regulations regarding the operation of fire extinguisher manufacturing facility in a residential area especially regarding the operation procedure when they have a refilling activities of fire extinguisher, the powdered chemicals comes out from their establishment causing dust emission in the surrounding area. Complaints from their immediate neighbor was sent to the barangay, however, the barangay also do not know how to handle such complaint. I am looking for the guidelines or SOPs for the said facility. Thank you
