On April 23, 2022, I called BPI via customer service to raise my concern regarding the reversal of my credit card annual fee. On May 12, 2022, someone called me using 09108325009. The voice on other end was a man’s voice. These scammers are well-trained. They even manipulated me to send the OTP’s in disguise of Credit card points. How did the scammers get my personal details: my full name, birthday, address, cell phone number? How did they know my credit card details: expiration date, points, type of card? How come that the call I initiated on Apr 23is related to the call I received on May 12?
